White Realty Company, Inc. opened its doors for business in 1964 as Royce E. White began a business based on family values and fairness. Those values continue today with Royce's son Terry leading the way and the third generation, Wayne, joining the company in 2002.

The "family" way of doing business is all that we know. We treat each of our guests as a member of the family and are always looking for ways to make our customers vacations more enjoyable.

In addition to vacation rentals, White Realty also provides long-term monthly winter rentals, annual rentals, sales, and Homeowner Association Management.

Our family at White Realty includes the Whites -- Terry, Wanda and Wayne -- Dianne Russell, Jay Franks, Marie WIlliamson and Pam Chestnut.

Terry White, the Company's Broker-in-Charge, is very well respected in the community and the entire real estate profession. He serves North Myrtle Beach as a City Councilman and was also a long time member of the NMB Police force. Terry's real estate career highlights include President of the Grand Strand Board of Realtors, President of the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and numerous committees at the local, state, and national levels.

Terry's wife Wanda serves as the Company's rental manager and is a sales agent. Wayne White joined the Company in 2002 after 15 years as an Assistant Athletic Director with Coastal Carolina University. Wayne, a member of Coastal Carolina's Athletic Hall of Fame, serves as White Realty's Property Supervisor for the 10 complexes which the Company provides Property Management. He also is the Director of our newly formed Golf Package program.

Dianne, a member of our family for over 20 years, is the Sales Manager and reservationist. Marie is also a full-time reservationist, while Pam is with us about seven months out of the year as a reservationist.

Jay is the Maintenance Supervisor of White Reatly and is our hands-on "Jack of all Trades." He serves our customers with prompt, first-class maintenance service. Jay is also a sales associate and can even be caught taking reservations from time to time.
